Advent Advocacy is an organisation providing Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) and Generic Advocacy services for a myriad of hospitals and residential care homes. We cover a wide array of specialties ranging from Forensic through to Child and Adolescent Services.

We aim to empower service users and help represent their views, wants and wishes regarding their care and treatment. Our advocates are available to safeguard service user’s rights and provide any information they require to make informed decisions. Advent Advocacy aims to meet the needs of service users by providing a flexible service that enables our advocates to attend any meetings with service users at their request (Tribunals, Care Programme Approach meetings, etc.).
