Our approach is simple: person first, diagnosis second. We enjoy spending time with people, getting to know them as individuals with a past, a present and a future. We know this helps us advocate for our clients in a truly person-centred manner. We have unconditional positive regard for the people we work for and work with.
Our non-adversarial approach supports the therapeutic alliances between service users and service providers. We believe in a service that is without judgment or prejudice establishing independance, self advocacy, and cohesiveness.
